Health coaching is a partnership between a health coach and a client that supports the process of making lasting lifestyle changes. It uses the science of behavioral change and positive psychology, empowering the client to find the motivation within themselves to make the necessary changes for improved health and wellness. As a health coach, Brynn is both an ally and an educator. She attends to clients in a non-judgmental way, listening with empathy and compassion. Brynn will encourage and challenge individuals, as well as hold them accountable for the commitments made in a way that is comfortable for each individual.
Ultimately, the coaching relationship is one in which Brynn will ask questions that lead inward for exploration and reflection. She will help clients realize that they are the expert of their body and experience. Health coaching utilizes each client’s greatest character strengths, personal hopes, and dreams to create manageable goals for their health. We will celebrate successes together and look for ways to overcome challenges.
